Hi, I'm Kristen!
I'm a self-taught illustrator with a thing for nostalgia, nature, and tiny worlds that make people feel something warm. Over the past few years, I've grown a community of 200,000+ art lovers, illustrated two published books, and turned my cozy bedroom studio into a full-time creative career.

Module 3 — Drawing Your Subject / Focal Point

Every great illustration has a heart, the thing your eye goes to first. We'll cover composition principles, line weight, shape accuracy vs. shape design, how to pick and place your focal point, and rendering techniques that bring your subject to life.

Module 4 — Environment Details
Filling Your World with Life
Now we populate the world around your subject. Grass, water, skies, clouds, foliage, flowers, each element has its own tricks. You'll practice painting these from reference and learn how details create atmosphere.

Module 5 — Building Your World
From Thumbnail to Finished Piece
